The room was bright and airy with large windows, and the host was welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was spacious and had a huge bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The location was convenient, just a short walk from town and there was free parking available nearby.
The room lacked soundproofing, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. the living room area was poorly furnished with only dining chairs, making it uncomfortable for relaxing and watching TV.

It was very nice value for money and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, close enough to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. Jayne, the host, was amazing and made me feel so welcome.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.

I loved my stay at this guesthouse! The layout of the hotel was fantastic, with a spacious living room area and a cozy bedroom. The host was amazing and easy to contact, providing all the necessary details upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and there was lovely lighting throughout. The guesthouse was even bigger than some apartments I've seen! The smart TV could be easily turned to be seen from the bed, very convenient. Free parking right outside the guesthouse was a bonus. The personal touches, like complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and toiletries, made my stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was massive, with a large deep bath and a wonderful shower with great water pressure. excellent value for money and I will definitely be returning!
Almost perfect.

This guest house is amazing value for money, with a spotlessly clean and spacious room. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the pier, and the host, Jayne, couldn't have been nicer.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a more comfortable seating arrangement.

The nearest airport is conveniently far enough to make me feel like I'm on an adventure. The towels in the homestay were absolutely glorious, I could have wrapped myself up and taken a nap. The accommodation was close enough to Southwold that I could plan my escape if needed.
Just a minor detail, but I found it quite amusing that I had to bring my own plane to park at the free parking. A bit inconvenient, really.

Personally, I found the toiletries provided to be of average quality, but everyone's preferences are different.
